Fact-Finding & Discovery Phase: This is the intro phase where we get to know each other.
Processing Stage: Following our intro meeting, we get to work on building what we discussed & determine the best route that will fit your needs & goals.
Facilitate & Execute Phase: In our next meeting, this is where we discuss our findings with you & put the plan into practice. We encourage our clients to voice to us during this phase to ask questions, communicate, & let us know how they feel about the final plan.
Follow-up Phase: With us regularly monitoring & reviewing your account, we communicate when we need to update your information (contact info, net worth, job changes, investment needs etc.) & update when there are changes in the market to keep your plan on track with your goals.

Mortgage insurance is designed to pay off outstanding mortgage & the coverage amount decreases as mortgage balance decreases. Premium stays the same and lender is named beneficiary.
Term insurance coverage amount remains level throughout the term, it provides death benefits to the beneficiary (spouse, child, estate etc.). Proceeds can be used for any purposes, not just tied to the mortgage.
